Mac Mini G4 ("KisaMac")

This 1.42GHz Mac Mini G4 was one I bought around late Spring/early Summer of 2018. I bought it as a newer PPC machine to compliment YukariMac.

It came with an 80GB spinner, which I upgraded to a 160GB spinner the day it arrived. I also replaced the PRAM battery, as that was dead. It didn't come with wireless capabilities built-in (IIRC AirPort Extreme was optional on these models), so I have an AirPort Express 802.11n 1st gen (named RitsuPort Express) providing wireless access to this machine. It came maxed at 1GB of RAM so no upgrade there was needed. I do intend to upgrade the HDD to a 256GB SSD at some point, although that is relatively low on my priority list as the 160GB HDD works fine for my uses as of right now.

It runs Leopard and is my main PPC web browsing machine and my main PPC OS X gaming machine. I also intend to use it as a PPC OS X DAW machine in the future as I do have Ableton Live 7 installed on it. This machine gets its name from Kisa Sohma and the AirPort gets its name from Ritsu Sohma, both from the Fruits Basket manga and anime series.
