Lenovo ThinkPad T530 ("NadeshikoPad")

The Lenovo ThinkPad T530 is the first T series ThinkPad I've had in my possession since my IBM ThinkPad T42p. It is a beautiful example of Lenovo-designed ThinkPads from this era, and has elements of both old and new ThinkPad design. It has both a backlit keyboard and a ThinkLight (one of the only models to support such a configuration), the newer-style "chiclet" keyboard, a lid latch, and dedicated volume control/mic mute buttons (plus a ThinkVantage button). I also got the ThinkPad Port Replicator with it. The computer is named for Nadeshiko Kagimihara from the anime Yuru Camp.

This computer is outfitted with an Intel Core i5-3320M with vPro clocked at 2.,6GHz base frequency, 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB SSD. It also has a 1400x900 screen that is I believe IPS and a fingerprint reader. I plan to make both storage and memory upgrades.

It had Windows 10 installed on it when I received it. I kept Windows 10 on it until I had the time to install Ubuntu Cinnamon. In the process of saving the Windows 10 install to an image, I accidentally messed up the partition. It isn't a big deal however, I can always reinstall Windows 10 if I want to. I do intend for this to mainly be a Linux machine however.
