A friend gave me these two computers, along with a Latitude D520 and a Slot-1 custom build. These are interesting little machines and I love the form factor. The P4 runs Windows XP from an SSD. I'd like to get a better PCI graphics card, and also get a bootable PCI SATA card, as the adapter I have in the machine right now doesn't like when UDMA is enabled and so access times are very slow. The K7 has Red Hat Linux 9 installed across two hard disks, and is a fun system to use and play with.
